1. Prices

Please note that the prices on our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

All prices are expressed with V.A.T. taxes unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which will be displayed in the checkout section of the web site.

2. Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.

Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 items which would use up the entire store's stock, the store may only deliver 5 items.

3. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

4. Delivery

The available delivery methods are Cyprus Postal Services which is our standard delivery method and DHL is our express delivery method.

During the process of ordering products or items there will be a delivery charge according to the weight or volume of the ordered products or items and the delivery destination location.

Delivery will be made upon extra charge unless otherwise specified, to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if: 
a. the driver has your permission and 
b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. 
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Please note that we deliver goods only within Cyprus. To check if www.cyprusfireplace.com delivers to your area, please contact our Customer Service on +357-22757576, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 16:00pm Cyprus time.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. www.cyprusfireplace.com follows a "Think 25" policy, so if the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery (see below for contact details).

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancelling the order and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item to another preferred product of same value.

If you do not wish to change your product with another one, we will give you a voucher with the corresponding amount or refund the amount paid in the same way you paid.

6. Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day of receipt of the items only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers

If you choose to pay through PayPal and wish to cancel your order once you reached the payment page you can press the "Cancel and return to Volcano website" button.

7. Payment

You can pay through the most secure payment system worldwide, PayPal. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

8. Legal

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Language

Please note that our website is only available in English language.

10. Order Procedure

www.cyprusfireplace.com has made distances so small, so that with the ease of your house or office chair you can order any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door. Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.

a. When you enter the website you can either register to our ecommerce shop or you can begin shopping and register during the check out prodcedure.

b. You choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Cart button or the Cart Image ( [cart] ) next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item has already been placed in your Cart. You can always view and acess your cart on the top right corner of the website.

c. Then you can continue with your shopping or choose to begin the checkout procedure. The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.

d. Before you proceed with your order you will be able to go to your Account through the "Member's Menu" on the right top side and make any changes you like to your personal information, or add/edit your billing address or delivery address and you can view your previous orders if you have any.

e. Checkout Step 1 is the first step of the checkout procedure and is your order’s content. You can delete one or more products with the delete button ( [delete] ) from your shopping cart. You can add more products by clicking the "Continue Shopping" link that will transfer you back to the Products page so you can add more products to your Shopping Cart. You can also increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products by changing the value in the box beside the selected product and pressing the update button ( [update] ). In this step you can review our "Terms of Service" and accept them otherwise you wont be able to move to Checkout Step 2.

f. Next, is Checkout Step 2 you will be redirected to a page where you will choose a Delivery Method and then click the "Continue" button to go to Checkout Step 3.

g. In Checkout Step 3 you will be redirected to a page where you will chosee the Payment Method and then click the "Continue" button to go to Checkout Step 4.

h. Checkout Step 4. You are almost done. You will now perform a final check of your order and click the “Confirm Orderl” button. You will be immediately redirected to the secure page of PayPal and after your successful payment the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment. After that, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

Our system will save your order in your Μember Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like from the "Member's Menu - Order List".

You will be able to review your order in English language.
